"Amazing Place to Stay! The attention to detail was impeccable. The owners were so attentive and catered to our needs for my birthday. The room was amazing complete with a birthday cake and wine. The Inn was incredibly decorated for Christmas and restored to a quieter more comfortable time in history. Breakfast was wonderful and prepared fresh. We will return again. Highly recommended!"

"Everything about this inn is lovely! We came in early January when the holiday decorations were still up. The downstairs is wonderful: the fireplaces, the piano, the game boards, the candy bowls!! The room comes with everything a person could need (extra toiletries, robes, slippers). The bed and pillows are extremely comfy. And breakfast in the morning is homemade and delicious with a variety of options. It is a quiet inn, beautifully kept and cared for, with a staff that truly makes your experience one of a kind. We will definitely visit again!"

"We loved our stay at The Wallingford Victorian Inn. We checked in late and did the self-check-in which was very easy. There was old-timey music playing when we arrived and the downstairs area was beautiful and tastefully decked out with Victorian furniture and Halloween decorations (that time of year). The bed was comfy and the sheets were soft. Breakfast was yummy and plated beautifully. I wish we could've stayed two nights but they were booked up."
"We loved staying at the Wallingford Victorian Inn! It is a lovely, beautiful cared-for old Victorian mansion. The staff is excellent and the location is perfect for walking around this charming town. The house was charmingly decorated for fall with a trio of cute witches and some friendly ghosts decorating the home! We loved our stay here and hope we'll get the opportunity to come back again someday!"

"A nice retreat in the middle of a business trip... The antiques and ambiance made for a great unwind. Great food just steps away. What a wonderful break from the hotel scene. Can’t wait to return. You can’t go wrong picking this B&B."

"Beautiful home, well-maintained, friendly and attentive staff. Excellent breakfast. They also host dinner parties in the gorgeous Victorian dining room. Someone had a private dinner party for Yale graduation during our stay. I wish I'd thought of that. How special!"
"We have driven by this bed and breakfast several times. From the street, it looks charming and inviting. Finally, we decided to stay overnight here. When we pulled into the parking lot we were warmly greeted by Kenni, the innkeeper. She assisted us with our bags and gave us a tour of the first floor and showed us to our room. The interior of this inn is just as charming as the exterior. No detail was left undone. It feels like you have stepped back in time. We stayed in the suite on the top floor. This room was rather large. Along with a bedroom, there was a sitting room with a sofa, TV, and desk. They offer you free snacks, beverages, and Wi-Fi. Kenni goes above and beyond to make your visit enjoyable and memorable. Breakfast is served in the dining room on china. We had fresh fruit, yogurt parfait, eggs, bacon, and pancakes. Every bite was scrumptious. We had the opportunity to chat with one of the owners. He gave us a brief history of the inn. Over the years it has been a private home, apartments and a doctor’s office. When they purchased the inn his wife did a lot of research in restoring the inn to its original state. They did an incredible job. They are renowned for meticulously decorating for Christmas and we have booked another stay for this holiday season."

"We stayed at the Wallingford Victorian Inn for 1 night with our 4-year old daughter. Everything from welcoming to the ambiance of the house to our room to breakfast was pristine. The attention to detail is unbelievable, as well as the countless added "bonuses" of the place: a glass of wine at happy hour, selection of coffees and teas at will, custom homemade breakfast, scrabble game, piano, etc.. Worth every single penny. I would definitely recommend and go back!"
